The NSD Workout, designed to complement the NSD PB-700BT, is specifically tailored for exercises targeting the arms, wrists, and hands, making it a valuable tool in rehabilitation programs. Currently, the only compatible model available is the NSD PowerBall Spinner PB-700BT. This product boasts six impressive features, including Real-time Monitoring, an exclusive Hall of Fame, Individual Challenges, Competition Mode, Ranking, and Physical Rehabilitation Programs, all aimed at promoting stronger and healthier hands, wrists, and arms.

To connect your PB-700BT to the NSD Workout app, begin by ensuring that Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Next, launch the NSD Workout app and activate your PB-700BT. The gyroscopic exerciser relies on its rotational movement to generate the necessary current for the Bluetooth sensor, which activates automatically once the rotor reaches approximately 3,500 RPM. The onboard LED will flash intermittently between blue and green to indicate that the counter is ready to pair with the NSD Workout app. Upon successful pairing, the light will stabilize into either a static green or blue, allowing you access to any of the six features offered within the app.
